Our Class

Industrious 50 class

We believe this class is the best possible way to spend 50 minutes. We’ll challenge you to work harder, dig deeper, and break through barriers to become the best version of yourself.

Industrious LIT
Industrious Spring is excited to announce that we’ll be offering a Low-Intensity Training (LIT) class that is perfect for beginners, anyone looking for a gentle re-introduction to fitness, or individuals focused on recovery. This class offers a supportive environment with a steady pace designed to build aerobic endurance without overwhelming you. Our LIT class will be offered 2-3 times weekly (including a Saturday option!) with each class lasting 50 minutes. We’ll use the air runner, rower, and stationary bike to keep things varied and engaging. These sessions will also be a great opportunity to partner up and share a HALO with a friend!

We do functional fitness (rooted in CrossFit) but all within a HALO. We offer several coach led 50-minute classes throughout the day. We also have Open Gym where you can do your own thing 🤙.

Since we’re not open just yet, you can experience an Industrious 50 workout at another Industrious location.
