Heavy for the day:
1 Power clean
1 Hang squat clean
1 Clean
1 Jerk *Week 7/8
– THEN –
“Coffland”
6-minute hang
Every time you drop:
800m Run, or 1,600m C2 bike
30 Push ups
*30 minute time cap
There are a couple ways athletes can choose to do this workout:
1: You want to test your max hang: hold as long as you can! Do as little running/push ups as possible
2: You want to get a little more sweaty and out of breath: do rounds of hold for 30-60 seconds, then complete run/push up
