INDUSTRIOUS ON-DEMAND
Every 2 minutes for 30 minutes:
#1: 20 Jumping lunge steps + 20 Sit ups
#2: 15 Burpee box jump overs
#3: 50 Double unders or jumping jacks
*Rotate stations every 2 minutes. Should have about 30 seconds of rest each station. Adjust reps as need to have rest.
