7 Rounds:
*Handstand hold
– THEN –
For time:
40 Burpees
Then, 4 rounds:
20 Alt 1-arm DB snatch
20 Box jump over
Then, 40 Burpees

*Hold for 15-45 seconds each round depending on your ability. Hold against a wall (choose your wall wisely, don’t kick a hole in the wall at your home!) or free-standing. Rest as needed between rounds.

Box jump overs: jump over anything! Shoot for something that’s anywhere between 8-24″ that you can jump all the way over back and forth quickly.
