4 rounds:
20 Lunge steps
4 Ground to OH (75% 1RM)

4 rounds:
20 Sit ups
4 Ground to OH

4 rounds:
20 Alt 1-Arm DB Snatch (50/35)
4 Ground to OH

4 rounds:
20 OTB burpees
4 Ground to OH

*35 minute cap

*Athletes can choose whether to snatch or clean & jerk. Must do the same movement the whole time. Use weight that is 75% of 1RM of whichever lift you choose to perform.
