Every 2 minutes for 20 minutes:
1 Snatch
*Build to as heavy as possible
Compare results to 3/27/2014
– THEN –
1 set of Max Reps pull ups
– THEN –
For time:
50 Push ups
100 Squats
200 Double unders
*10 minute time cap

If you were at Industrious for any of the 5 Open Workouts on those Friday nights in February and March,  you remember watching Greg Lambert fight through the workout week after week. I know you remember watching him (or at least heard about him) because he inspired us all with his effort and determination week in and week out.
