Program & Class Descriptions

An energizing 60-minute workout that includes both a strength and a CrossFit component.

An awesome 30-minute barbell-free CrossFit workout.

A 90-minute barbell skills and strength session.

A 45-minute Vinyassa or Restorative yoga session designed to give you a good stretch and connect your body and mind.

The gym is open for any use! There is no coaching/classes, athletes have access to the whole gym and all equipment.

Multiple plans available.

Summer program for two age groups, 3-8 y/o & 9-13 y/o. Classes include workouts and games to show kids that fitness is fun!
