The 2016 West Regional is THIS WEEKEND!!!! Team Work Hard Live Fit and Tia have been training hard to go throw down against the top athletes in the NW Region and Canada West! Regionals is at the Moda Center in Portland, and events run Friday, Saturday and Sunday! 

The gym will have a MODIFIED SCHEDULE at the end of this week:

Thursday: Regular schedule through noon class. PM Hours: 3:30, 4:30, 5:30, 6:30, 7:30 WHLF;
7:00 WL Training

Friday: OPEN GYM ONLY 4:30-7:30pm
Saturday: 7:30, 8:30, 9:30am WHLF; 10:00 WL Training; 10:30am-1:00pm Open Gym
Sunday: 9am-12noon Open Gym
