Daily Workout

We are excited to announced that NEXT SATURDAY the 10th we will be doing an outdoor park WOD at Esperance Park! In replacement of our regular Saturday morning classes at the gym, we will instead meet at Esperance Park for a big group WOD. Here are the details:

– Esperance Park is located at 7830 22nd St SE Edmonds, WA, not far from the gym!
– We will run one big group workout at 9:00am 
– Please sign up in MindBody so we know how many people to expect!

This will be a fun way to get outside and enjoy some sun while getting your workout in, with all of your Industrious friends! See you there!!!

5-5-5 Back squat
*All 3 sets are at the same weight – as heavy as possible

26 Toes to bar
16 Power snatch (75% 1RM Snatch)
26 Front squat (75% 1RM Snatch)
*15 minute time cap
